Because coffee is a perishable item, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges. However we value your business, so in the event you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will extend a ONE TIME 25% discount to be used toward your next purchase. We are always open to suggestions and concerns so please feel free to share them with us at Support@GrindTimeCoffeeCo.com. Needless to say, we stand by each of our high quality products and assure they will be thoroughly enjoyed!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. However, if your MugaFugga arrives broken, please email a photo and short description of the broken item to Support@GrindTimeCoffeeCo.com WITHIN 48 HOURS UPON RECEIPT. We are happy to resend you the EXACT item, or one comparable if the EXACT item is out of stock, free of charge.
